I have created 2 Powerpoint presentations to be used in the Yearbook class and which show how to use Photoshop. 1. The first presentation demonstates 3 ways to touch up photographs: cover blemishes, redeye, etc., and 2 methods of removing an object from the photo (such as a sign in a nice landscape shot). 2. The second presentation deals with changing the resolution of a photo. I think this will take me longer than this class complete as I want to educate myself a little more on the subject. What I have now is a skeleton and only gives the technique, not the logic behind it. Joyce
I've been going through the Promethean Board Manual, learning about many items to help make my flipcharts more interactive, including "Activotes". My goal is to be able to use these in one of my classes shortly.
As you know I've had success with blogs in the past. I don't think I'll start another one until Spanish Club begins to take shape.
As for progress on my project, I have done a number of things to help classes study Argentina and its history. I've downloaded videos from discoverytstreaming, set up locations on google earth, and created a flipchart on a grammar principle related to the Argentinian dialect. We are also blogging on our class blog about a film we watched about the Disappeared Ones.
I think these tools are helping, and will continue to help my students. Thanks for the class and for the help!

Joan, would it be okay if I don't make a blog? I have 2 already and I don't keep up with those very well.
